On the first Wednesday of each month, P.A.R.C. has a luncheon and after lunch, there is always an informative speaker to keep us up to date on issues.

On Wednesday, April 6th, the guest speaker will be Loretta Dunn who will be informing us about the VON.

Our Monday afternoon games time was a well attended exhilarating event.

The cribbage players saw some  new faces in the places of recognition:  The big time winner was  Bob Farrell with a wonderful low score of 10.  The high position was captured by Jean Robertson with 116.

In contract bridge playing, we had the regular lessons going on for rather advanced playing of duplicate bridge.   However, the teacher for new comers  was absent so there were not any lessons there.

There were four tables of four at each for bidding and playing with lots of enthusiasm.  There were no new comers to the winning spots.  They were not old faces but well recognized faces to the games times.  Peter Dobson made the top score of 3870 and only 500 points behind him was Sandra Tooley with 3200.  Congratulations folks on some keen  bidding and talented playing.

We hope to see all of you again and perhaps some guests next Monday in the  Rotary of the Port Elgin Plex at 1:00 p.m.
