The 28th Annual Rotary Huron Shore Run 2016 is fast approaching and the list of participants continues to grow.

Last year's event (2015) broke all previous records in attendance, funds raised and personal records for many runners.  Approximately 750 participants registered raising an amazing $70,000 (gross).

The Town of Saugeen Shores will also be hosting again the Health & Wellness Fair at the local Southampton Coliseum following the shore run.

The fun event is for every level of fitness from running a half marathon to walking or rollerblading and every age  including the special 'young kids race'.

For the more serious runners, there is the Class A half-marathon race accredited by the Ontario Roadrunners Association - a beautiful course along the Lake Huron shoreline with little elevation change.

For those not wanting to actively take part but who want to sponsor someone or donate on-line ... or for more information, or to find out how to register, there's still time ... go to www.rotaryrun.net

Like most Rotary events, this is a fun day for the entire family.
