Mother Nature brought her best for the Southampton Rotary Club's annual golf tournament fundraiser on July 4th at Chippewa Golf Club.

The event is the Club's second largest fundraiser of the year raising funds for local Rotary projects and, this year, approximately $13,000 was raised, although a final total is not yet in.

Rotarian Don Cherry and out-going President, Pat O'Connor greeted golfers and sold tickets for various prizes ...

... including to Mayor Mike Smith

MP Ben Lobb

MP Ben Lobb said that he enjoys coming out to the tournament each year as "... Rotary supports so many worthwhile causes and I'm always happy to come out in that support."  Lobb golfed with local Mayor Mike Smith, Rotary outgoing President Pat O'Connor and resident Don Dalbianco.
