Norma Hoover celebrates with grandson Grant Hoover and wife Ann

Norma Hoover was born on August 3rd, 1916 in Caledonia and she and her husband Wesley owned and operated an oil distribution company.

With two sons, Doug and Ken, Norma was a stay-at-home mom working when needed in the family business.

Norma and Wesley retired to Kincardine in 1989 and, after her husband passed away, Norma continued to live in her own home until the age of 94, when she moved into Trillium Court retirement home.

Although born on August 3rd, she was surrounded by friends and family on August 4th to celebrate her 100th birthday but will be celebrating again on August 14th when her family gather in Kincardine to celebrate.
