The Saugeen Shores Police Service is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey.

Every three years the Police Service Act requires police services to prepare a Business Plan. A community group will get together in the fall to discuss our policing priorities and set goals and objectives to meet those priorities. This survey will form part of the material the group will discuss while they prepare our 2017- 2019 Business Plan.

Please take the time to complete the survey. The survey will be available in the following ways:

  • on-line at www.saugeenshorespolice.com click the link to the survey

  • paste the following in your web browser and complete the survey on line https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TC8WF3N

  •  print out the survey and mail it to Saugeen Shores Police Service, 620 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin, ON, N0H2C0

  • Pick up a survey at the Post Office, the Municipal office, the Police office, the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce offices in both Southampton and Port Elgin.

  • Community Watch and other volunteers will also be doing a phone campaign and asking the survey questions over the phone.

This survey will close September 30th, 2016.

Thanks for your assistance. The results of the survey will be released later in the fall.

Dan Rivett,

Chief of Police.
