In one of the comfortable Hospice rooms ready for patients and their families,  Hospice Executive Director Scott Lovell accepts a donation from Faith Lutheran/FaithLife Financial Chapter Treasurer, Erin Zorzi

Not only does the Hospice require a new building, there are on-going needs to care for the patients and their families.

The good folks at Faith Lutheran Church in Port Elgin, with the help of a matching grant from FaithLife Financial, recently presented $1,590 to the Hospice campaign.

Here are some examples of what $1,000 can do for the Hospice

  • Cover the costs of meals for up to seven patients while in Hospice care

  • Cover the costs of non-emergency patient transport to the Hospice for up to seven patients

  • Replace aging furniture or medical equipment like special mattresses or lift chairs

  •  Help the Hospice team celebrate holidays year round with special decorations, food and entertainment

Someone you know may eventually need the Grey Bruce Hospice so, please give generously in support of our Hospice.
