There are some date changes for some October events due to Thanksgiving weekend.
Family dinner will now be held on Sunday, October 16th. The meal consists of meat, potatoes, veggies, salad, rolls and dessert. Adults $14.00 children 12 and under $10.00 seniors (65+) $12.00 family of 4(2 adults & 2 children under 12) $44.00 .
The general membership meeting will now be held on Sunday, October 23rd at 2:00 p.m. - members are encouraged to attend.
The Legion is fundraising to replace the heating system at the branch. The first event was the fish fry the next event will be a Halloween dance on October 29th. Tickets are $20 available at the legion bar and Jerome’s. There will be prizes for best costume, a door prize and snacks.

We need volunteers to help with some of our regular fundraising activities and some of our one time fund raisers. We need volunteers who can help on Thursday nights with bingo with either selling bingo card strips or collecting the used papers from the tables. We also need help in the kitchen for family dinners and other catering events.
If you could help out by volunteering an hour or more every now and then please call the Legion and leave your name and number 519-396-2372 or email your contact info to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any high school students needing volunteer hours this is a great way to get them.
The legion is open Monday to Friday 3pm-10pm Saturday 2pm-6pm everyone is always welcome at the legion.
