Classical music by Vivaldi played in the background as four students dined in fine style with formal service at 'Chez Huston'.

It is an annual tradition at G. C. Huston Public School in Southampton where the winning Aussie handball champions are formally served their lunch by Principal Dan Russell.

The lunch choice was subway sandwiches of their choosing and special dessert.

The team played against 80 players and came out on top as the 2016 Champions.

"The game requires great skill and endurance," said Principal Dan Russell, "and this team was exceptional."

It is also an opportunity to learn fine dining etiquette and it was a thumbs-up experience from the four players.
