Today, February 10th, Northport Public School in Port Elgin (Saugeen Shores) held their Junior/Intermediate public speaking competition.

The speakers challenged themselves before a large audience of family and friends and impressed the judges Cam Porter, Deb Walpole and Lynn Worsley.

On Thursday, February 9th, 12 primary students competed in the entertaining Storytelling competition.

The school's top two speakers will represent the Northport at the District Speaking Competition that will be held at Port Elgin Elementary School on March 2nd.
