The 'girls in blue' volunteers served up sweets extraordinaire!

The hall filled several times

For anyone with a sweet tooth, there was only one place to be on Saturday, February 11th ... at the second annual Hospital Auxiliary Valentine Tea in Southampton.

Not only were there decadently delicious desserts and teas, it was also a major fundraiser for the local Auxiliary in their support of the Saugeen Memorial Hospital.

Dale Sherwood (L) and Auxiliary President, Ann Vevaya-Divinski greeted visitors at the door

The tea was held in Bevan Hall at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Southampton where people lined up at the door.

In addition to the sweet treats, there was also a raffle, 50/50 draw and, of course, the long-awaited annual baked goods table.

(L) Bonnie McCullough, Erna Pauli-Reid and Gwen Evans at the baked goods table ... yummmmmm!

The final total raised is yet to be determined but Auxiliary members say they expect the result to be as successful as the first tea held last year thanks to community support.
