Design renovations mean savings for customers

There is no doubt that customers are watching changes taking place at Rowland's Independent in Port Elgin.

The store recently began selling wines and beer and, now, is set to expand its inventory.  The expansion requires refrigerated units to be installed and, therefore, changes to floor layout have to be made.

While it may seem confusing at first, it is also an opportunity for customers to take advantage of the many sales and discounts that are now being offered during the renovations.
