In this survey there were an inordinate number of multiple votes with a comment that indicated anger and/or frustration.  We counted only one vote whether No or Yes.

Multiple voting .... hmmmm.  You can express your opinion easily in the comments without trying to influence the vote one way or another.  Most people just vote and don't comment.

Buyer beware know who you are dealing with as you would any retailer.

Common sense needs to be your guide.  ts still a shame that a few scam artists have to ruin things for the honest people.

Do it all the time.

Don't feel safe at all and never have.

I only deal with certain reputable and security safe sites, no more than 5.

I say yes but a lot depends on the online vendor.  Amazon.ca, for example, is very good and I feel very safe buying from them.  So, before buying online, do some homework on the vendor.  I have never sold anything online so I cannot comment but have heard some horror stories about autotrader.ca.

Just be smart about it. Size up the situation and act accordingly. You could also be in a store when it is being robbed an suffer the same fate.

not anymore

Of course. I always think critically about my online purchases.

Must guard passwords, but shopping online is the future here today!

There is proof that there was no link to the murder in Ancaster with the on line provider. The seller left no personal info like phone number or address. This way you have some protection against those who try to scam people.
