Montgomery Ford in Kincardine and Lucknow has had a year rich in community involvement.

The dealership hosted three Drive 4 UR Community events - the first one in Kincardine to raise money for minor soccer; and two more in Kincardine and Lucknow to raise money for minor hockey.

Spearheaded by Kincardine service manager Gord Kemp, the events brought in more than $11,000 for minor sports.

Montgomery Ford's community commitment and involvement go beyond these three events. The company is a long-standing sponsor of minor hockey teams in Lucknow and Kincardine, as well as sponsoring teams in Kincardine minor soccer, baseball and others over the years.

The Kincardine Bulldogs, Ripley Wolves and Lucknow Lancers hockey teams also receive sponsorship funds from Ian Montgomery and his team, but the community involvement does not end there.

Kemp had his head shaved, and sacrificed his beloved moustache, at the Kincardine Cops for Cancer event, as well as helping to raise funds for Kincardine teen Jorie Elliott who is battling leukemia.

Montgomery's continues to support local golf tournaments and local organizations including Community Living and the Lions Club, by donating prizes and helping out with dances, special events, and more.

If it's a community event, there is a good chance that Montgomery Ford is supporting it.

Meanwhile, as the cold weather starts to settle in on the area, remember Montgomery Ford for Premium Tires and the Ford Works package.

If you are in the market for snow tires, don't delay. Montgomery Ford's Buy 3 Get 1 Free Sale will end soon, but more importantly, the rebates available on selected brands, are also ending soon, as will the half-price alignment offer when you purchase four tires.

Montgomery Ford will not be undersold on tires.

While you're having your tires changed, it's a good time to think about the Ford Works Package. At a cost of $59.99, it includes an up-to-83-point inspection on top of an oil and a filter change to keep your vehicle in optimal condition. This deal is good for a tire rotation and tire change (winter tires on rims only).

And finally, Montgomery Ford in Kincardine is hosting a food and toy drive again this year, with all donations going to the Kincardine Christmas Hamper program.
