There was no shortage of snow this year as students at Ripley-Huron Community School braved the brutal cold weather and strong north wind, to participate in the annual winter carnival Wednesday, at the school.

The youngsters took part in a variety of active, outdoor games under the leadership of the Grades 7 and 8 students.

Everyone was reminded to say "Bonjour" to Bonhomme Carnaval, and most importantly, to remember that the carnival is about fun and good sportsmanship.
