An entertaining and engaging group of students displayed their public speaking abilities at the Royal Canadian Legion on Saturday afternoon, February 15th (2014)



Legion Branch 308 in Durham hosted its annual public speaking competition which is open to all students from the Durham area schools.


Eight students took part this year by participating in two divisions junior (Grades 4-6) and intermediate (Grades 7-9).


The first place winners will advance to the Zone level in Listowel on February 22.
