Summer position open for OPP Marine detachment

(WIARTON, ON.) Ė As in years past, the Bruce Peninsula Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is looking for a full time student, returning to school in fall, to fill a 7 week summer position with the detachmentís Marine Unit. The successful candidate will work with O.P.P. officers spending much of their work time on the detachmentís boats patrolling Georgian Bay, Lake Huron or the inland lakes on the Bruce Peninsula.

Students applying for the position are required to be 18 years of age, possess at least a G2 Drivers Licence, a Pleasure Craft Operators Card and current training in First Aid/CPR.
