When it comes to education, there is more than sitting in a classroom and, for the past four years, G. C. Huston Public School in Southampton (Saugeen Shores) has proven the value of camaraderie and a team environment that involves the entire school and community.

Principal, Dan Russell, began the 'Stanley Pot' road hockey tournament four years ago and each year the students look forward to the day.  Teams play off for the 'Stanley Pot' while the entire school body comes out to cheer.

Older students help young students and everyone cheers everyone else on in the competition as loud music gets everyone moving and hotdogs round off the day.
