Walk for Alzheimer's
Most everyone in the area knows Jeff Preston and he will head out on a 650-Kilometre trek from London to Ottawa this May to raise awareness of the lack of accessibility on public transit systems such as rail, bus and air.
The ongoing definition is, of course, what we have all come to expect ... that magical age of 65. However, given today's health care and resulting increase in life expectancy, that number is no longer magical when it comes to determining age.
Everyone has some stress in their life. It seems to be part of the modern condition.  Is there any way out of the vicious cycle?
