POLICE  EXECUTE DRUG SEARCH WARRANT

(Town of South Bruce Peninsula, ON.) On June 29th, 2010 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, and the  Bruce Peninsula Detachment  executed a  Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Police executed the Search Warrant at an Ames Street address in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula. 

As a result of the execution of the Search Warrant, Police seized quantities of dried cannabis marihuana with a potential estimated street value of over $2,500.00.  Police also seized offence related property with an estimated value of approximately $350.00.

Charged were David RAYNER  (61yrs), from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula with Possession for the  Purpose of Trafficking Cannabis Marihuana, and Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, along with Glenna VICKERS (46 yrs), from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana.

RAYNER and VICKERS were released on a Promise to Appear and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Owen Sound, Ontario on the 19th of August, 2010
