It was a chilly weekend, May 16-17, but customers flocked to IC Greenhouses for the annual open house.
There, they found numerous varieties of annuals and perennials, as well as many beautiful hanging baskets.
And, new this year, some delightful fairy gardens, along with the many miniature ornaments to purchase and create your own fairy garden.
As she prepares to retire, owner/operator Ida Piel is featuring some Christmas items at 25% off. She also encourages customers who have gift certificates to use them up before closing day which is Dec. 20.
Stop in at IC Greenhouses and enjoy a breath of spring while you browse through the beautiful flowers and plants.
Located just two miles east of Highway 21, on the 6th Concession of Huron-Kinloss.
Open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After July 1, the hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
