Ominous front moves toward shore across Lake Huron

There's a vehicle in there somewhere!

The clouds were ominous as a storm front moved in across Lake Huron.  Hot, humid air met the cold front and the result was a storm that was as close to tornadic weather as anyone could want to see.

High winds, sheets of rain, thunder and lightning rolled through the area.

In a matter of 30 minutes, Albert Street in Southampton (Saugeen Shores), immediately south of the main intersection at High and Albert Streets, was flooded and vehicles found themselves almost hydroplaning in deep water.
