The Department of Community Services with the Town of Saugeen Shores is calling on health and wellness vendors to promote a healthy and active lifestyle to residents and visitors of Saugeen Shores.

In partnership with the Rotary Huron Shores Run and the Grey Bruce Health Unit, the Town of Saugeen Shores is offering a free community health fair on June 6th at the Southampton Coliseum.

Vendors who can provide a product or service which brings health, well-being and vitality to the community are asked to participate at the show.

“We’re looking to secure vendors who appreciate and recognize the importance of a healthy community. For an affordable rate, we’ll ensure ample advertising and can guarantee an engaged audience at the event” Jessica Linthorne, Recreation Programs Supervisor said in a news release.

Because the event is in partnership with the Huron Shores Run, the approx. 400 already registered runners will be through the doors of the Coliseum to pick up race kits and will return for results/lunch.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit is also a proud partner. The Health Unit is looking to reach the local audience with their continued mission of creating healthy communities throughout Grey Bruce.
