The Question

Have you, your family or friends ever been the object of bullying?

Yes or No?

*Please note we remove duplicate votes from the same source.  Computers keep track of that type of thing easily.  It's a waste of time voting more than once.  If you have a  longer comment than 400 characters, Please email us with your extended comment..

In this survey there were an inordinate number of multiple votes with a comment that indicated anger and/or frustration.  We counted only one vote whether No or Yes.

Multiple voting .... hmmmm.  You can express your opinion easily in the comments without trying to influence the vote one way or another.  Most people just vote and don't comment.

Bully was very hard to handle when I  was young and I am still very sensitive. I am very sorry to say this but the  only way to stop a bully is to make him  afraid  until then the bully will only  be mad cause he can't get his way

I don't think there is a person in the world who  hasn't been bullied at least once. It's how one  handles these situations that determines the  outcome. I taught my son to suckitup and use  humour to get the bully to back off.

I understand my little Grandson was  bullied in J.K. & S.K. ~ who does  that? These are very young children  a.k.a. young bullies!

My daughter was as she was born with Down  Syndrome.

My Son

The difference between the past and now  is the degree of malice hiding behind  social networking.  Some people can  handle bullying but people with mental  illness can't and in these instance  bullying can be life threatening.

To my knowledge  bullying hasn't  struck our family. I would detest  anyone who would resort to demeaming  another person. I guess that's the  only way to make themselves feel  bigger.

Two of our sons were in high school.   One retaliated and was charged with  assult  the other just quit and went  into the work force.

Yes when I was in public school but  also now  we have neighbours (two  sets) who are adults (over 50)  yet  act like they're public school  students with their actions.
