The Feed Mill Centre Incorporated proposes to construct a multiple occupancy commercial building for lands on Goderich Street .

The property is situated immediately south of the Canadian Tire store in Port Elgin. The land is currently vacant.

The owner is proposing to construct a 1,094 sq. m commercial building. The owner is proposing a site plan and associated plans, which address the requirements of the Zoning By-law and Design Guidelines for the lands.

Additionally, the Owner is receptive to locating a gateway sign on the lands. Staff have included an option in the draft agreement which allows the Town to locate a gateway sign on these lands, if the Town determines this location is appropriate for a gateway sign.

The Owner is posting securities to ensure completion of all site improvements. It is recommended that the Town proceed with completing the Site Plan Agreement once the developer has deposited the necessary securities associated with the Agreement and executed the Agreement.
