The women at the Co-operators have done it again!

They have shown their passion for supporting the women in their communities in a fun and interesting way by hosting a Victoria Secret Night.

On December 8th, they hosted a private viewing of the annual Victoria Secret Fashion Show at Gilley's feedlot. Guests were asked to bring an old bra as admission. What a fun way to enter!

In all honesty however, there was a bigger purpose for those bras.  One hundred and eighteen bras (118) were collected and will be sent to "Free the Girls" to help sex-trade trafficking survivors overseas..

Other people helped put on the show as well.

Tropix swimwear put on a mini fashion show; the staff at Hair Connection did lash extensions by donation (to Womenís House); food was provided by Gilley's Feedlot and Co-operators. Of course a fashion show isn't complete without champagne  and that, too, was provided by the Co-operators.

There were also silent auction tables set up with donations from local businesses and, after the evening was over, $1200 had been raised and donated to the Womenís House Serving Bruce and Grey.
