Shoreline Designs Home
Mallory and Mark Prokein
206 Normanton Street, Port Elgin

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Mallory and her family’s home is a modern, light-filled retreat. Built in 2022 by Walker Built Homes and purchased in early 2024, the two-story started as a builder- grade blank slate. With her creative vision and expertise as the owner of Shoreline Designs, Mallory has transformed it into a one-of-a-kind oasis — a place her family truly loves to call home.
A relaxed and calm sensibility is woven throughout the home’s design — from the fresh landscaping that frames the property to the airy interiors filled with natural light. Beautiful quartz surfaces and hardwood flooring run throughout, adding a sense of continuity and sophistication. Custom trim-work and carefully selected wallpaper bring depth, texture, and character to each room, making every space feel intentional.
The result is a home that balances modern elegance with comfort — a place designed for both quiet family moments and lively gatherings. Every corner tells a story of thoughtful design, from the welcoming front entry to the open kitchen where life naturally unfolds — a reflection of Mallory’s philosophy that a home should be as functional as it is beautiful.
Based in Saugeen Shores, Shoreline Designs specializes in transforming walls into works of art. From custom trim-work and striking wallpaper installations to accent painting and decor styling, Mallory brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to every project. Her designs blend modern elegance with personalized touches, helping clients create spaces that feel uniquely theirs.
