The following are photos taken by retired police officer Doug Lein on what he says was a “… very emotionally moving trip …” to Juno Beach in France for the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
Lein’s father also served in WWII in the Royal Canadian Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME).
