Mr. G. William ‘Bill’ Streeter has been selected as this year’s recipient of the Saugeen Shores Heritage Conservation Award, sponsored by the Saugeen Shores Municipal Heritage Committee.
He has been actively promoting the heritage of our community with the WWI and WWII Commemorative Banners project and has extensively researched the stories of the men and women of the community who played a part in defending Canada in past conflicts.
The presentation of the award will take place at the Saugeen Shores Municipal Council meeting on Monday, November 11th, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Saugeen Shores Council Chambers.
