In a media release, the Municipality of Kincardine announced on March 28th that it completed its agreement with Windsor Private Capital for the acquisition of Bruce Telecom Inc. by way of a friendly acquisition bid.
“All parties have completed the necessary due diligence process since entering into the agreement to purchase in October 2023, and have affirmed the transaction will proceed as intended.
