Chantry Island Cham-bettes of Saugeen Shores want to thank the community and the hundreds of visitors who came out for our 10th Annual 2018 Christmas Tour of Homes.
It is only due to the gracious homeowners who opened their homes, local businesses who gave their support, the decorators with their talents and time and the many volunteers, that the fundraiser has again been such a success. To all of you, we say a heartfelt ‘thank you’.
The majority of funds raised go toward our local hospital, the Caitlyn Cobean Community Crusaders children’s charity and Cham-bettes community projects.
Almost 1,000 visitors supported the fundraiser. After expenses, the Cham-bettes are looking at approximately just over $17,200 raised.
In addition, children at the Dennison ‘Shiplap’ home raised $450.00 with their hot cider and Mom’s Stella and Dot sale in the garage which they plan to donate.
