The Port Elgin Curling Club was one of twelve clubs chosen in the country to host a Girls’ Rock Event.
Held on Saturday, February 24, which happened to be Curling Day in Canada, twenty-five girls between the ages of 9-16 enjoyed a day of team building activities, on-ice instruction, games, prizes and a delicious lunch, free of charge.
