Grey-Bruce COVID-19 testing and case counts reported as of April 8, 2020

As of today, April 9th, two new cases of a man in his 40s and a woman in her 40s have been reported as testing positive with the COVID-19 virus in the past 24 hours in Grey Bruce, bringing the total to 32 identified.

The man is currently isolated and there is one person in hospital and nine who have recovered.

The number of Health Care Providers affected and reported in Grey Bruce is now at nine.

Fortunately, to date, there have been no deaths in Grey-Bruce.

The estimated average time for results being received from the lab is three to four days.

There have been 21 negative test results in the past 24 hours with a three day average time for results received.
