This is for individuals to receive a first dose of mRNA vaccine, or those who are eligible to receive their second dose (28 days after your first dose of an mRNA vaccine or 8 weeks after your first dose of AstraZeneca with informed consent)
· We encourage all to come as this clinic is not filling up through the appointment booking systems
· Bring water with you
· Maintain physical distance from others while at the clinic
· Wear a mask if physical distancing is a challenge
· Vaccine supply may be limited
