Holiday time at the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre

Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre is a bright spot over the holiday season with activities, exhibits and Winter Musicals to break up those winter blues.

Take in the two special exhibits that only remain for a few more days until December 31st … Farm Fresh Bruce County and Streetscapes of Small Town Ontario by Artist Mary Burke.

The Museum offers something for every age … the World War II exhibit, the General Store that takes a step back in history and explore the HMS General Hunter, a replica war vessel from the War of 1812 where you can stand on deck and fire a cannon.

In the Anishnaabwe Endaat First Nation Gallery, the history of the First Nations people is brought to life with life-sized wildlife, the discovery of a village and ancient pottery items.

It’s still not too late to give the gift that lasts all year long – a Museum Membership.
