Spring is just around the corner and, with it, special occasions like Easter and Mother’s Day and Saugeen Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary volunteers welcome visitors to stop by their Gift Shop located in the hospital.

“We have a wide variety of items for every age and interest,” says Shop co-organizer,  Cathy Janveau. “There are personal products from soaps to hand creams and beautiful clothing to jewellery as well as home decor items.”

“With Easter fast approaching, we have exquisite hand-crafted bunnies perfect for little ones and bunny tea towels perfect for Easter home decor. We are also just waiting for our deliciously delectable Easter chocolate treats to arrive,” adds volunteer Helen Grant.

When purchasing in the Gift Shop, all funds raised through sales go toward hospital needs, such as the recent X-ray machine and support for the MRI.  Also, ALL purchases are TAX FREE.

There are always new arrivals and, for those who would like to be notified of new inventory, Auxiliary volunteers are happy to record your name and email to receive notices.
Winter hours are Wednesday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and, then effective April 1st, the Gift Shop will be open Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Follow the Gift Shop Group Facebook at Saugeen Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop.
To visit the Gift Shop, simply check in with the Hospital screener and let them know you are coming in to shop.
