Huron Haven Motel, south of High Street on Huron Street in Southampton, is undergoing a major renovation after being sold by Brian Vokes last Fall (2020).
Although the footprint remains the same, the building has been completely ‘gutted’ and, once renovations are complete, there will be 14 rooms and new balconies.
In addition, the new office will include a rooftop patio.
According to a worker on-site, it is expected that the construction will be completed by this summer or Fall at latest.
