Each year, the ice shelves along the Lake Huron shoreline tempt many with their beauty to walk along them.
Saugeen Shores Police urge people not to be “… tricked by the natural beauty of the structures and they are extremely dangerous.”
They also point out that for anyone who finds themselves in trouble on one, rescue is almost impossible.
