Within a two-week time span, South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have responded to five incidents of intimate partner violence.
On January 17th, the OPP responded to three separate incidents in Kincardine and Huron-Kinloss, and the two latest were on January 22nd (Kincardine) and the 25th (Brockton).
In all investigations, charges were laid ranging from ‘Fail to Comply with Release Order – 15 counts’ to Spousal Assault and Assault with a Weapon.
Those charged range in age from 20 to 52.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victims.
