Annual Kincardine Pride Parade biggest yet

The weather was perfect and it was a rainbow of colour both in the Kincardine Pride Parade and along the parade route of Queen Street.

This year’s annual Pride Parade on June 22nd was bigger than ever with hundreds of participants and even more parade-goers lining the street.

Fort Papalia, organizer of the event, said that “The parade, and today, is a role model for our communities, our region and our country and we want to thank everyone for coming out in support.”

From Union groups to Churches, political parties to Police and Fire Services, hundreds of participants came out in support of LGBTQ.

Huron-Bruce Federal Liberal candidate Alan Thompson attended with a large group of supporters.
