Free Grass cutting was made possible as the Little Tracks Petting Zoo made its debut at the Southampton Care Centre on a sunny June morning.
The event took place thanks to Dr Julie Gibb who supported the travelling zoo and was on hand to assist in corralling the animals into the waiting arms of the residents.
It was a busy morning with lots clucking, bleating and laughter as the residents were joined by a class of students from the G.C. Huston Public School.

“A special thanks goes out to our enthusiastic volunteers who came in costume to celebrate the farming heritage of the residents,” said Activity Director, Brenda Misch.
