The annual award-winning Pumpkinfest is just around the corner and we thought we would take a look back at the family fun over the years … with more years to follow.
The event draws thousands of people to Port Elgin where giant pumpkins and vegetables are weighed as hopeful growers try to break world records. From the very young to the young-at-heart, the festival has something for every age – from the Classic Cinderella Car Show to the midway, the weigh-ins to the seed-spitting contest, it’s two days of family fun.
