Effective Wednesday March 18, branch hours across Ontario were reduced along with controlling branch access and screening of all Members and visitors.
Anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms or having recently traveled outside of Canada will not be permitted to enter the branch and, to help protect others, using AMS, online banking or to calling the Contact Centre is recommended.
All business banking centres will be open:
- Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Port Elgin Saturday to 1:00 p.m.
Ways to bank
Online and ABM channels are available 24/7, and the Contact Centre is open to assist every day from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight)
If you haven’t signed up for online banking yet, call your Relationship Manager or Small Business Advisor and they will be happy to help you register.
