Miller Insurance teams work remotely

For the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities, we have closed all branches of Miller Insurance and our staff will be working from home during our regular office hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

We are still open for business and clients are welcome to deal with our teams remotely. Call us at 1-800-265-3000 or email us at info@millerinsurance.ca. and we will get back to you promptly. We can do almost everything remotely using email, e-documents and e-signatures, so there is no need to feel stress about coming in to do business in person.

If you need to make a payment, please either contact your broker or send an e-transfer using the email address accounting@millerinsurance.ca.  Please use your Account Code located at the top of your invoice as your security answer.
Payment via online banking using your Miller Insurance customer code is also an option.

You can also access your policy information anytime through Miller Express.  It is provides 24/7 online access to policy information and documents. Miller Express gives you self-service access so you can check your insurance coverage, view payment schedules and request changes.
