What better way to start the new year, than to get kids off their screens and onto the ice to learn a new sport.
Southampton Curling Club is about to start a Junior Curling program, one of the fastest growing demographics in the sport of curling today.
The program begins January 7th for ages 8 to 14 and all that’s needed is a clean pair of shoes and a hockey/snowboard helmet.
For one hour on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m., kids will have the chance to get out on the ice and learn the skills of curling.
