Out and About – Victoria Day long weekend

Under relaxed COVID-19 restrictions, Port Elgin Harbour was allowed to open on Saturday, May 22nd and there are now a few more boats in the water.  The official lift of boats into the water however, doesn’t take place until the first week of June.

Victoria Day long weekend (May 24) has long been known and anticipated as the most extensive and intensive garage and yard sale weekend – not this year however.

Due to COVID-19, no sales were allowed in this, the year of the pandemic.
