Pet(s) of the Week: A handsome fella and a sweet girl

Grey Bruce Animal Shelter offers a safe place for pets that have no choices left.
“Sometimes, their owners have had no choice either. They, too, may have aged and had to move into a facility where their loved companions are not allowed or, in the final step of life, may have died leaving their pets behind,” says Shelter Manager, Deb Takeda.  “Whatever the reason, these faithful friends have no choice but to wait … wait for someone new to take them in and love them.”
Sometimes too, however, they come from very unusual circumstances that are unfair for anyone, human or otherwise.

Meet Hector. He’s a handsome two-year-old grey/black DSH. He’s vaccinated and  neutered and looking for a home.
He’s good with people and other cats, but is a bit nervous at first.
Please call the shelter at 519 372-1911 for an appointment to meet this nice boy.

Meet Tallia. Tallia is approximately a two-year-old tabby DSH with beautiful markings. She came to us pregnant and has been a great mother to five lovely kittens.

Now that her maternal duties are finished, she is booked for a spay and available for adoption. Tallia is good with cats, naturally cautious of dogs and a little nervous of people but coming around nicely.

Please call the shelter at 519-372-1911 for an appointment to meet this nice girl.
