Port Elgin Legion Branch 340 – November News

Port Elgin Legion Branch 340 continues to hold a wide variety of activities and events throughout the Fall and all events are open to the public.

The Poppy Campaign began on October 26th and runs through November 11th.  This year is very special as it is the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War I when on November 11th at 11:00 a.m. the Armistice was signed signalling peace.

Remembrance Day activities happening in November: Sunday Church Service on November 4th at Tolmie Presbyterian Church, Port Elgin.
