Light snow began to fall just in time for the Southampton Santa Claus parade on Friday, December 4th, making the wintery scene complete as hundreds of people lined High Street in anticipation.
The parade made its return to Southampton thanks to the Rotary Club of Saugeen Shores bringing back the two-parade format, one in Port Elgin the previous week and the second in Southampton.
Before the parade started, the Rotary Club offered up free hot apple cider, and hot dogs donated by Harvey’s Swiss Chalet.
