To the Editor:
I just wanted to say how wonderful it is to see the smiling faces of our Mexican friends back to work at Hi-Berry Farm. They’ve become such an important part of our community and a true signal that summer is on the way.
It’s like when our sweet ‘Vi’ (Cottrill) finally switches out her toque for a ball cap … we know then that better days are ahead.❤️
