Sing for the Earth

On Saturday, September 21 (THIS SATURDAY!!)  at 2pm…we need you, your friends, kids, grandkids, grandparents…anyone who cares about climate change … to join us to sing for the earth.
Author, Educator and Environmental activist, Liz Armstrong, from Erin, will be joining us to help us get started.
This is a non-partisan activity. It will be fun, it will be very informal, and it should only take an hour of your time.
We want Canadians and the world to know that we care about Climate Change. And we want to send a message of support to 16 year old Greta Thunberg* at the UN Climate Change Summit on September 23rd.
We will meet outside, practise the song a couple of times, then video record it. And, as previously mentioned, NO TALENT IS REQUIRED!. After that you can leave…or stay to brainstorm some ideas for future events.
Please share this message with any/all those who you think might be interested.
Below you will find the score and the lyrics to the song “DO IT NOW!”
Hope to see you Saturday at 2pm at 1910 Bruce Road 17, Port Elgin on Saturday Sept 21 .… last house on the north side of County Road 17… before the Saugeen Bridge on the road to Burgoyne…opposite Harry Thede Sideroad-  check for the sunflowers! There are lots of places to park bikes..and cars. Bring your own water bottle.
